Once the order is submitted, it is electronically sent – secure and encrypted – to the appropriate distributors order processing system. The retailer receives a confirmation via e-mail. Through their own Co-branded administration page, distributors can offer special pricing, pre-authorize purchases of new products, query ABC licenses for validity and track order histories to analyze trends, profit centers, seasonality, inventory and business needs, all without a duplication of efforts. Once information is submitted it is automatically updated on the website.
Suppliers can create customized direct advertising or run mainline product advertising using BevOnline as the medium. This use of BevOnline reinforces the branding of their products in a brand-critical industry, while easily and quickly tracking the success of these initiatives.
